At Brandbylee, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Timeframe: You can apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Courier Charges: The buyer is responsible for return courier charges unless the item is defective.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To process an exchange:

• Take a clear photo of any defective part (if applicable).
• Pack the item in its original packaging.
• Email the photo to infobrandbylee@gmail.com and specify that you want an exchange.
• We will provide the return address.
• Send the package via your local courier.
• Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange within 3 days.

Note: Free exchanges are only offered for visibly defective items. Otherwise, courier charges apply.

Important Notes

• No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges are available.
• Color Variations: Slight differences in shade or color may occur due to lighting or display screens. Exchanges are allowed for this reason, but no refunds will be provided.
• Product Description: All bags are high-quality replicas or original designs as described on our website.
